For the lucky people who are just experiencing minor symptoms, you simply need to learn how to silence your mind and ignore the thoughts that do not belong to you.
Seeing shimmers or shields that look like see through glass but they wobble or vibrate
If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track. Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.
